Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1/3 tsp fresh turmeric (grated)
  • 1/2 medium lemon (juiced)
  • 1/3 tsp fresh ginger (grated)

Add all ingredients to a pot and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 15-20 min and strain. Sip away!
